Tower 28 and Ouai have launched a limited-edition lip gloss in Ouai's St. Barts scent.
Lip glosses have recently benefited from a recent boom in lip care/beauty sales.
St. Barts Lip Jelly is formulated with food-grade flavor. The fragrance-free formula is made with good-for-you plant-based ingredients like apricot oil and raspberry seed oil. With the shine of a gloss and the smooth comfort of a balm, it smells like dragonfruit, orange blossom, tuberose and Baltic amber.
